As a Consultant with Decision Science I designed, developed and delivered projects that change public behaviour in a pro-social way.
As a Director of Adapt for Arts, I developed services that make arts and cultural organisations more financially sustainable.
As the Deputy Director of the National Arts Fundraising School, each year I trained up to 60 arts, culture and heritage professionals from around the world in fundraising skills and strategy.
I was the award-winning Chair of Emergency Exit Arts, Trustee of New Israel Fund UK, Curator of #ArtsSummit, Advisory Board Member for the Resource Alliance’s #IFCHolland, a Top 100 Charity Influencer, write for national press, and regularly speak at national and international charity conferences.
